This stunning property is located on a hill overlooking the Ionian Sea, with a view of the island of Marathonisi - Zakynthos. The entire area of breathtaking 8650 m², where there is a large terrace and pool outside, is about 200 metres from the nearest beach. The mountain village is surrounded by meadows and olive groves in the middle of the hills on the steep coast of the island of Zakynthos. Surrounded by a natural forest of pines and firs, it creates an environment of peace, tranquillity and privacy.

The two-storey, air-conditioned villa has a comfortable lift and high-quality wooden floors. Much attention has been paid to the interior design, with luxurious furnishings, natural materials and light-coloured furniture creating a perfect overall look. The ground floor consists of a spacious living room with stone fireplace, a large dining area, storage room, an office and a light-flooded kitchen with granite floor. To make your guests feel at home, there is a room with two single beds, a private bathroom and toilet. In front of the entire ground floor there is a large covered terrace, which offers a wonderful unobstructed view of the azure sea. A romantic place to enjoy iced summer cocktails and Greek culinary delights in a dreamlike natural setting.

The upper floor consists of five rooms, one of which is equipped with a fireplace. The three bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool and a ladies' boudoir. In a private playroom, you can indulge your passion for games and let off steam in the multi-gym, on a bicycle, with a table tennis table and a dartboard. The other two double rooms share a bathroom with a relaxing whirlpool. Both bathrooms have fine and tasteful mosaic tiling throughout. All bedrooms open onto the large verandas, from which you have a fantastic view of Peloponnese and the Laganas Bay of Marathonisi Island.

In the distance you can see the uninhabited island of Marathonisi, which lies off Laganas Bay and is a sanctuary and breeding ground for the loggerhead turtle. Turtle fans can reach this small paradise and unspoilt islet quite easily by boat.
